Please note the below Terms and Conditions for return policy from 23 April 2021.
All products once sold cannot be returned for refunds. Only exchange will be allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Credit Note will be issued in spite of Refunds for all the orders placed on and after 23-04-2021.
All Products to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and along with its original bill copy.
Any used or defect caused in the hands of the customers is not valid for Return. i.e. Products can only be returned if they are in an unused condition.
Customer need to raise the return request on the website & upon receiving the product back at warehouse, and after due verification of the product, customer will receive approval from us and which will be allowed by way of credit note/coupon code issued by Sara Soule Pvt. Ltd.
A credit note/coupon code will be issued which is to be used to reorder the new products/size exchange as per the customer choice.
Customers need to buy the product(s) from the website for equal or higher value of the credit note/coupon code. If the bill value is higher than the Credit note/coupon code value, customer will have to pay the differential amount while placing the order.
Delivery time for products sold during Sale can be delayed by 3-5 days than the normal delivery time taken to deliver the goods. This is also dependent on external factors such as climatic conditions, road/area closures, load at Delivery Partner’s end, etc. No refund will be provided in above scenario.
Delivery Partner will attempt delivery multiple times to ensure that you receive the product. In case the Delivery Partner is still not able to delivery then the products will be sent back to our warehouse and credit note/coupon code will be issued to you.
Credit note/coupon code will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issuance. Credit note/coupon code cannot be redeemed in a part.
Credit note can be utilized on the discount merchandise as well.
