In the rare case that the ordered products are not up to mark and do not fit you right, there is absolutely no need to worry. You can place a return request in my orders section and the product will be picked-up within 5 working days.
The “RUOSH” Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product along with the Order number and registered phone number. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order all the emails must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the order number and the problem with the product.
Once the returned product reach back to our warehouse, and after due verification of the product, refund will be processed to the source account within 5-7 business days from the date of product return accepted. In case of COD order, RUOSH team will send you a link from CASHGRAM on registered phone number and email id wherein you can enter your details and choose which account you want the refund in. You will receive the refund within 5-7 business days depending on what mode of refund you have opted for. Please note refund cannot be done in third party account. The name on your Ruosh account and bank account must match.
Note: To be eligible for refund, the products should not be used, washed or dirty. The product must also be in its original undamaged “RUOSH” box with all tags attached. The return request should be initiated within 15 days of the delivery of the product. If the merchandise arrives damaged or used will not be considered for refund. Used products received will be scrapped and same will not be returned back or refunded.
At RUOSH, we stand by the quality of the product we offer to you. Extreme care is taken during the manufacturing process and each footwear is subjected to rigorous quality check norms. In the rare eventuality, if you find a manufacturing defect in the footwear purchased, we would be happy to repair/refinish, replace or exchange the footwear purchased in full MRP, so noticed within 365 days from the date of invoice.
