Ideas are drawn from various sources—world cinema, music, architecture, art, and pop culture.

Design Concept

Designers explore moods and themes via sketches and mood boards. Only about 1 in 4 concepts move forward to the next stage.

 Last Development

The last defines fit and comfort. Crafting a single last can take up to 8 weeks or more.

Leather Selection and Clicking

Each leatherhide is hand-selected for quality. “Clicking” refers to cutting the leather using a specialized knife—often audible due to its precision.

Broguing

A traditional technique involving hand-punched decorative perforations—originating in English and Italian shoes and adapted here for contemporary designs.

Weaving

Some styles feature intricate hand-woven panels made from fine leather strips—a process that can take up to 2 days per piece.

Closing

All leather components are stitched together meticulously, according to exact design specifications.

Lasting

The upper is stretched over the last using heat and moisture, the sole is attached, and the shape is refined.

Finishing

To achieve the final look:

- Leather is brushed clean

- Sole edges are stained

- Shoe cream, polishes, and waxes are applied

- Each shoe is painstakingly buffed and polished to a rich shine
