Return & Refund Policy

At RUOSH, we are committed to delivering premium-quality footwear and an exceptional online shopping experience.

Every product undergoes a comprehensive quality and size inspection before dispatch. However, if the product you receive does not meet your expectations or fit as intended, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Exchange Policy

Ruosh currently does not offer product exchanges, either online or through offline stores.

If you wish to purchase a different size or style, you may:

Initiate a return request for your existing order, subject to the return eligibility criteria.
Place a new order for your preferred product.

Return Eligibility

Product must be unused, unworn, and not damaged.
Product must be returned in its original RUOSH packaging, along with the original shoe box, tags, and invoice.
Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration, or are returned without the original packaging, shoe box, tags, or invoice, will not be eligible for a refund.

Products that do not meet the above conditions will not qualify for a return or refund. Such products may be rejected during the quality inspection conducted both at the time of return pickup by the delivery partner and upon receipt at our warehouse, and will not be eligible for reimbursement.

How to Request a Return

You can initiate a return through the My Orders section on our website within 15 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request is successfully initiated:

A delivery partner will be assigned.
The return pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours, subject to service availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes the standard Quality Check (QC).

Please note that if the product fails the Quality Check after it is returned to our warehouse, it will not be eligible for a refund.

01. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes the Quality Check.

02. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes the Quality Check:

A secure CASHGRAM refund link will be sent to your registered mobile number and email address.
You can use this link to select the bank account where you would like to receive your refund.
Refunds can only be processed to a bank account held in the same name as the RUOSH order.
Refunds to third-party bank accounts are not permitted.

Damaged Product Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged product, please email customercare@ruosh.com or contact us through WhatsApp at +91 91088 17878 with the following:

Order Number
Registered Mobile Number
Clear photographs of the damaged product

Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange the return process.

Warranty Policy

At RUOSH, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Warranty coverage for eligible footwear against manufacturing defects is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Terms

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, including issues such as:

Sole opening due to a manufacturing defect.
Stitching defects caused during manufacturing.
Other verified manufacturing faults identified during inspection.

The Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal wear and tear.
Shoe bite or comfort-related concerns.
Accidental or physical damage.
Misuse, rough usage, negligence, or improper handling.
Damage caused by improper care, water exposure, chemicals, or external factors.
Natural ageing of materials, fading, scratches, creases, or changes in appearance due to regular use.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our Quality Control team. Once the product is evaluated, we will determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect and provide the appropriate resolution.

PLEASE NOTE: Warranty claims are subject to the sole discretion of the company.

Cancellation Policy

01. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason, the cancellation request must be made before the order is dispatched.

Prepaid Orders: Once the cancellation request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since no payment has been made, no refund is applicable for cancelled COD orders.

02. Cancellation by RUOSH

In certain situations, RUOSH may cancel your order due to reasons such as:

The product is out of stock.
The product does not pass the Internal Quality Check (QC) before dispatch.
Any other unforeseen operational, logistical and environmental issues that prevent us from fulfilling your order.

In such cases:

Our Customer Support team will inform you of the cancellation via your registered contact details.
Prepaid Orders: After the cancellation is verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method as committed above.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: As no payment has been collected, no refund is applicable.
